The pictures were taken by Philipp Kolbe at the 28th Febuary 2013, 5 hours before my homeward journey from Cape Town/South Africa to Germany. This year I had pretty good sessions at Platboom, Sunset, Melkboss and Paternoster with lots of wind and good waves. The sails I used most of the time were the Mutant 4.2 and 4.6, my mostly ridden board was the Quatro LS Quad 78.

I spent my holiday in Cape Town every year so I already got a lot of different impressions about the culture, the people and the country but one thing is for sure: the memories of the condition 5 hours before departure I'll keep in mind a long time.
