The molded rubber tack fairing has easy access to attach the uphaul. This fairing also provides rugged chafe resistance. All new low profile hard plastic batten tensioners with stainless steel screws are dependable and light weight. Bold colors in XPly™ are woven into a light-hearted, functional design. High tenacity woven materials assure the designed shape will be retained as long as possible.

All MauiSails are produced with the highest accuracy in reproduction possible. This includes the use of line plots, machine cutting, and template assembly to fine line accuracy. This assures that every one of them will be exactly as designed and approved by The Team and Phil McGain.

The Global is designed and tested with MauiSails SRS Wave 100 RDM and SRS Wave 75 RDM masts.
