The annual Baien Cup finished today like it started, with no wind. Unfortunately the wind never materialized and the sailors were left without getting wet. Although this event had no wind, it's been a great promotion for the new windsurfing products and getting some International riders to Japan. The two Japanese windsurfing magazines were on site with their photographers to get shots of the new equipment and do interviews with all the riders.

Looks like a healthy racing market in Japan for the next year as most of the local sailors were all excited to see some of the pro's here sharing there experience and good nature with them all.
