It was an exciting day for all, as this is the first time we do this day globally.  I was very eager to be part of it and make sure that Puerto Rico also was represented during this day.  We had a total showing of about 35 to 40 windsurfers during the day.
 

Tha’ Boarding Co. pitch in with free water, beer, t-shirts, the tents and pizza for all.  Trident Sports with Starboard and Severne gave us T-Shirts and other goodies to give away. MauiSails gave us flags and a lot of things to giveaway. We greatly appreciate the support and we will be doing this from now every year. Hopefully for a very long time.
 

Wind was a steady breeze at 12-14 knots, on and off and clear skies with a lot of sun.  We had a great day with friends and family at the beach. We had from the Super Groms at 8 year old (Ramiro Garcia) and his brother (Sebastian Garcia) 12 years old showing us how it was done and also the seniors giving away a great time and telling stories about how it was in the early days here in Puerto Rico windsurfing scene.
 
We need to give thanks also to Jose Garcia for providing the ice for the coolers and for the help during the day. Hope to see you next year with a lot more support and people getting involve.
